We are an importer and distributor of exclusively European auto parts Since 1994. There are five salesmen Rick, Justin, Chad, Blair and Luke which share more than 70 years of combined “ European” experience in parts and service. We pride ourselves in not only stocking the largest inventory of exclusively BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Porsche, Volvo, Saab, Jaguar, Mini, and Land Rover Parts in the Midwest, but selling them with unmatched accuracy. The fact that we only provide parts, tools, and fluids for these few vehicles helps us maintain a deeper inventory for them. We carry many items that even the dealers won’t.

How we deliver locally:

We open early (7:30am ) to allow you to place orders early before you get busy. We have one location in Royal Oak and have local deliveries going out every  1 to 1 ½  hours all day till 4pm. We also have a separate delivery company to make 2 deliveries per day and one delivery on Saturday if you order by 4pm on Friday. The delivery company picks up at 9 am and 12pm  for deliveries same day to outlying areas which are out of our drivers effective delivery zones.(just ask how to expect your delivery).

How we ship throughout U.S.:

We accept orders for same day UPS shipping until 4pm or USPS by noon.

How we operate:

We often hear customers ask “why do you need the vin number”.We simply ask for the vin  number most of the time because it is the most accurate way to get the part to you. We understand that your technician’s “down time” is not productive. We strive to first get a thorough understanding of what you need then, the vin insures the right part. Mistakes can happen but we feel our Methods keep it to a minimum.
